CANCELLATIONS – We completely understand life happens! If you are unable to make an appointment we require 48 hours notice. Cancellations outside of this time frame will have a 50% cancellation fee. This is because it doesnt allow us to offer the appointment to someone else in this short time frame. In turn if we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment will be 50% off.

DEPOSITS – all deposits are fully transferable as long as we are given the required notice period. All deposits are deductible from your final bill.

NO SHOW – if an appointment is missed without any prior warning we charge a 100% fee of the booking. This is because it doesnt allow us to offer the appointment to anyone else or make use of the time in other ways.

SKIN TEST – By law we are required to carry out a skin test a minimum of 48 hours before a new booking or if you havent been to the salon for over 6 months.

HOLDING HAIR EXTENSIONS – If we do not hear back from you regarding the collection of paid or stored hair within 12 months, all unclaimed hair will be donated to The Little Princess Trust Charity.
